We have extensive knowledge and experience of the Irish Mining and Quarrying Industry. Six West director, Paul McCabe has worked in underground coal, gypsum, lead/zinc and rock salt mines in a technical and management capacity over the past thirty years dealing with mine design, planning, rock mechanics, ventilation, blasting, health & safety, heavy plant installation, maintenance, production and exploration.
More recently he has carried out various projects for the design and operation of hard rock quarries and sand and gravel pits and has undertaken blast design and shotfiring for a variety of quarry operators.
We carry out independent blast vibration and air over pressure monitoring.
